Sara Urquizu Paz es abogada, economista y activista por la libertad. Actualmente, trabaja como Senior Researcher en Liberty International. Su activismo se enfoca en educar a la siguiente generación de líderes a través de iniciativas académicas, siendo Coordinadora Local Senior de Students for Liberty (SFL) y cofundadora del capítulo de Ladies of Liberty Alliance (LOLA) en Bolivia.

Ha sido becaria de varios programas donde se formó académicamente, siendo hoy alumni de The Fund for American Studies (TFAS),  Acton University (AU), Objective Standard Institute (OSI), Ayn Rand Institute (ARI), Fundación para el Progreso (FPP de Chile), Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS Bolivia) y de la Fundación Democracia y Prosperidad (FUNDEP).
